Post anything that may constitute “spam,” as determined by 6amshop in its sole discretion;
impersonate another person when posting content;
Harvest or collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
Allow any other person or entity to use your identity to post or view comments;
Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse any person;
Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Websites, or which, in the sole discretion of eFood, exposes eFood, any of its customers, suppliers, or any other parties to any liability or harm any of them; or
Encourage others to engage in any prohibited activities as described herein.

Investigate an allegation that any content posted on the Websites does not comply with these Terms of Use and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the content;

Terminate the User's access to the Websites upon any breach of these Terms of Use;
Monitor, edit or disclose any content on the Websites; And

You must ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit and debit card to fulfill the payment of the order. To the extent required, 6amshop is responsible for payments made on our Platforms including refunds, chargebacks, cancellations and dispute resolution, provided they are reasonable, justified and in accordance with these Terms.

Once you click the Yes button, I agree to delete the account, your account will be permanently deleted from the Sitta Al-Sabah platform, and you will lose any data, information, or points in the gift program.

6amshop can cancel any order at any time due to unavailability of foods/products, outside the coverage area and any other unavoidable circumstances.
